So it felt like my stride is very snappy very fast I wore the original 624v2 for anything from backwards to racing up to 10 miles the only thing that it fell short in is that it’s pretty thin compared to the 4k in terms of cushioning and the rubber on the bottom wasn’t as thick. So if I ran 10 miles in a training run or 11 miles on a training run some days I would you have somewhat of Sora forefoot the next stage. I also think these shoes will be pretty durable over the long haul you can definitely tell New Balance was going for increased durability with the V3 as far as negatives. I already kind of touched on one and that’s cushion the V3 are definitely firmer than the V2 especially in the forefoot. I’d say bounce back is just average as well I was hoping for a little more there. But I guess for short quick distances it makes sense and lastly this didn’t happen to me. But I have heard some people complain that their toes rubbed against the lateral side of the shoe.

So if you’re kind of on the size border for the v2 you may think about ordering up a half size with the V3 some other things you may want to know these shoes have a six-millimeter drop. So not the typical nine ten drop you see with like the gel nimbus series or ultra-boost running shoes, for example, the V3 is kind of that nice compromise between those high-end cushioned running shoes and racing flats. I said earlier these are neutral shoes so if you tend to overpronate. I would recommend staying away from these overall though I really like these shoes especially given their affordable price point.

They’re pretty versatile they’re perfect for speed training probably best for 5ks but they still have enough support and cushion for those longer distances probably up to about a half marathon or so I’d say but I want to hear from you guys let me know what you think. it’s like it’s going to give you a lot of bouncing this lot of speed and then obviously we’ve got the lifestyle element as well with our other colorways here the first ones are so very come and try the New Balance fresh V3.

You got the New Balance logo both in suede and new buck on the upper and the end in this tan colour weight. You got a nice little new buck hit on the upper portion of the grommet area mesh it leading towards the ankle count or the right here in the ankle counter. It’s like a greenish-grey kind of and then you have and I don’t know what material this is I don’t it’s like leather or it’s definitely leather. It’s just a little tougher than normal not as soft as the whore. New Balance made in England very clean surplus on the footbed of the shoe. You got green laces that came in here I think there was another lease option. I could be wrong not just a green lace option I came in here kind of matches with the rest of the shoe and the toe box tongue and ankle counter area overall very clean shoe. These are at least 10 and a half I’m not mistaken they do run TTS but you guys do know that I like my shoes a little bit more snug.

Let me grab the other shoe so you’re not looking at this I will do some on feet’s for you or on foot whatever you want to go with materials fire definitely worth the price point. You don’t have a 3m hit in the portion of the toe box and the midbody of the shoe. It’s just a beige suede I don’t like sometimes they throw that I don’t know 3m in there but I don’t think you really needed on the shoe.
They weren’t heavy on the quality of this bad boy so this colour matches the beige area and the Achilles portion of the shoe very fire clean good shoe. The overall midsole is as follows you got a couple of different shades you got great towards the mid-front on the medial side Navy on the midbody of that and then a sail white that wraps all the way around to both sides and then that mirror.
I’m glad they did that too because you know just makes it more exclusive and more special to have these and the whole law the whole going half-size down. It’s true so really do go a half size down because if you do you’re true to size it’s more likely to be big around here and a lot of people were talking about like the toe. You know the toe cap being all you know messed up or whatever I don’t really see that much you know anything wrong with it besides it being stiff. But I think it’s stiff for a reason you know because of the execution so it doesn’t get all crumpled and everything.

I do not know why but these shoes are pretty fresh but still what makes these better than the new bounce is the logos at the Nike logo is. They’re a pair of Jordan’s like it does is it like the actual physical shoe like I don’t think anything is much more special about this shoe. I think the new Mouse’s are just as cool if not even cooler and these new bouncers are definitely more comfortable than these like these shoes you wear just to look good.

But the new balance they look good and they’re comfortable so I still think a new balance have these shoe B as well and even these shoes the Danowski is the camel. If you’re using it as every day but also accommodates the orthotic really nicely. So those people are looking to put any type of insole or a custom orthotic into the New Balance WX608V4. It’s definitely going to fit and it’s going to accommodate it really nice if we take a look at the cushioning system has a nice absorb. So you don’t need to worry about that the 623 series has been in history for New Balance for quite a while and it’s continuing to do all really well and be extremely successful. I don’t know but these are darker grey we got the mesh grey mesh the Enright’s head is reflective. I’m trying to turn it if I can see that but we got a Maris in other areas little cutouts with the mess right here. We got WX608 V4 these are the nine-nine the fourth version of the New Balance 623V3. There we go mesh tongue rear come on white with laces but I’m planning on switching that out with my grey ones.
