Today I am reviewing the Asics Gel 190 Tr Women’s Running shoe these guys right here so it kind of took me a while I hope you enjoy it let’s get into it okay. So here’s the deal with the Asics Gel 190 TR. I’m going to try and keep this is one of the best if not the best-running shoe brand out there I mean we’ve got Saucony and Newton running Brookes Adidas all sorts of brands but you can’t go running shoe shopping without at least considering Asics

I think the Gel-Kayano series is the best from Asics maybe the Gel Nimbus but these are some really great running shoes overall the Asics Gel 190 TR was just about perfect. If you are running long-short whatever distances they are still a fantastic option and really with the Asics Gel 190 Tr didn’t make a whole lot of changes beyond the upper that said. I do prefer the Asics Gel 190 Tr because of that new upper it’s lighter it’s more breathable more flexible and just feels better on your foot like you have less overall material holding you down it’s pretty cool. It also meant that the shoes dried faster and they held less water when I went running in the rain.

So that’s good as well other than that the Asics Gel 190 TR Women Cross-Training Shoe is pretty much the same thing as an Asics Gel-Craze TR 4 and that’s not a bad thing we’re looking at a 10 millimetre heel to toe drop which is about perfect if you ask me the outsole is super cushiony and provides great bounce back like really good stuff. I’ve tried out a lot of shoes that are really cushiony but don’t like to fight back a little bit and I don’t like that.

This is the Asics Gel 190 TR Women from a six this shoe has a leather and mesh upper with synthetic overlays that give it a great look at the top you’ll find a lace-up closure for a secure fit along with a padded collar and tongue to provide comfort with the inside also gives you soft mesh lining along with a removable insole. So you can customize your comfort if you need to on the bottom of the shoe. You’ll find the special VA midsole that improves bounce-back characteristics and decreases midsole breakdown and the very bottom gives you a textured and durable outsole that is flexible

So you’re going to get some spring from the Gel-Kayano series also the weight is about 10 to 11 ounces depending on your size and then your gender but the point is that they’re not really crazy heavy or anything you don’t have a ton of weight on your feet. They have a really soft inside sock liner which is great feels nice on your feet they do fit one half size small. So that meant I’m going to go up to a nine from an eight and a half but I think that’s about standard with most Asics and then you’ve got good tread on the bottom you won’t be taking them on the trail or anything but for us out here on the streets.

They got a pretty good tread they’ve also got good lockdown plenty of lace hoops no cramping nothing like that no big deal overall really nice stuff. I know Asics is probably going to have my head for omitting some of the stuff that I did but I think that is most of the story they say the heel has been redesigned but I didn’t really notice if I’m being honest the toe area might be a little bit snugger now.

I actually like the heel and the forefoot of the Asics Gel 190 TR Women still have a lot of cushioning and there are some really great color options and I think overall they look nice like they’re a good looking shoe. I don’t know I don’t want to act all fancy by naming off all the technologies that are supposedly in this shoe. I think there is great running shoe I will be wearing them multiple times per week.

I think that really says something but does that mean that you should run out and buy them perhaps look if you do buy them you’ll almost certainly love them but the price is kind of steep. I think that you’re going to be really happy but if you don’t want to spend 160 bucks I’m sure the Asics Gel-Craze TR 3 will be just fine for you. Today I’m going to describe to you about ALEADER Water Shoes a lot of people use their tennis shoes while kayaking or playing around in the water or trekking near the water and a lot of times that’s just fine but tennis shoes are made to be on the tennis court or on the pavement for the most part and they lack some features that work really well in the water tennis shoes don’t drain well then may not have a real grippe sole they have standard cotton laces which are a lot of times hard to tie or untie.

So it’s super comfortable, I have a removable molded foot sole, so I get a little bit of added protection there and really cool about this you can see I have a heel cup, so if I’m using this in an area where really want this cinch down tight I can have my heel inside there but if I want to be able to slip in and out of it real easy because I’m getting in and out of my Boulder getting in and out of the water.

I can actually step on that heel cap and it becomes a scandal hence the word or hence the name hydro Terra scandal another neat feature about this shoe is it has a speed lace system, so I can pull it pull my laces tight slide that down and I’m locked into the shoe. When I want to get out I just pull that and I’m out of the shoe so great option nice thing about the hydro terror also is it’s pretty stylish.

It can be worn with shorts or blue jeans it doesn’t just have to be a water shoe, so if you’re going from the water to the to grab some lunch or grab some dinner afterward that shoe works really well for that another option from 510 you may know 510 from climbing women shoes but they also do a really great water chute called the water Tinny really nice protected toe cap really nice protected heel interior is neoprene.

ALEADER Water Shoes is Super comfortable for your feet and you can see here on the insole and on the outsole we’ve got drainage holes so we’ve got this mesh here. It also drains so not maybe as fast drainage as the scandal but still super fast drainage I got a lot of ankle protection this is a great shoe for adventure race racers or King years people that are going to be on the water off. The water trekking through the woods and if you’re from you know if you’re familiar with five-ten you’ll recognize the sole.

ALEADER Water Shoes has a great sand wash opening that allows you to tilt your foot back and get a little more material out of the back of the shoe and you know as with the sandal you can in a pinch use this shoe as a handle as a sandal if you want to walk in and out of it if you’re taking it on and off the back heel really steps down nicely, so you can do that traditional lacing system but they are synthetic laces, so they’re a little bit better than cotton laces.

so you can you know maybe tie and untie them a little easier really nice comfortable insole and if any of you folks are familiar with barefoot shoes like VI Bram Five-fingers or Merrill bare access shoes these are zero drops meaning there is no elevation change to the soul from your hero heel to your toe and you know that may or may not be important to you.

But if you’re used to wearing barefoot shoes these are going to feel really similar but give you some of the protection and some of the benefits you’d want out of their other water, so hopefully, I’ve given you enough information to go out make an informed decision about your water shoes have a great and safe time out on the water you.

I have bought some shoes they’re blue and I if you know that’s not my first pair of shoes. They’re cheap but I’ve actually had pretty good luck with them. I mean they don’t necessarily last forever or maybe as are as fashionable as big brands but you can kind of find some interesting things so basically first of all. I guess they’re ALEADER Running Shoe and Fashion Walking Sneakers and they say they’re $60 retail I didn’t pay sixty bucks I don’t exactly what I paid but I wouldn’t be gotten them or bought them sight unseen except for pictures of the price wasn’t a little bit favorable.

So you get to hear which is nice I really like the fact that they’re putting two shoes one for each foot in a set you know often I always thought it would be a good strategy to offer like the right shoe for free and then the left shoe for you know $30. So these are kind of like what they call beach or water or pool shoes. I think because as you can see here you get this mesh you can see all the way through there but it’s a little bit like there are two or three layers of mesh.

So it’s actually it’s like two layers of blue mesh one on either side and then like this black mesh in between which is it’s just a little bit of a squishiness not super thick but will keep kind of mesh from just you know patterning your skin with little holes and so you just slip them on and that’s kind of the whole point is that you know if I walk in the pool or on the beach. I’ve seen how often those showers get clean and then the water just kind of will evaporate off your foot run out of the shoe.

You don’t have to worry about it squish squish-squish and water getting trapped on the shoe you can see here at the bottom actually has pretty large arch support. This is kind of nice you know like a foam liner there in dark suede and then the sole is all like one piece of molded oh like Styrofoam. It is super light I mean this thing is the shoe is super light which is going to be kind of nice and if a falls out of your foot my guess is this is going to flow you can see here other than the tread pattern is a bunch of little dots.

You know I wore these on vacation and you know when you’re walking to say from the hot dog back to you back inside the hotel. They’ve kind of worked out really well blue with kind of some red stitching kind of like Cubs flavor and on the back here. You have I’m sure a synthetic piece of cloth there that holds it on obviously kind of the nature of them means that you have no shoelaces and you use these little tabs to kind of pull these things on because they can be a little tight.

Especially if you have larger cankles but you know kind of getting them on these are kind of lifesavers because sometimes it can be a little hard to get your fingers under there. So let’s just put them on see what they look like yeah they feel comfortable they’re easy to slip on here and plenty of room they are the right size and kind of that mesh material allows them to adjust to your foot and kind of hug it. So really comfortable very light they almost feel like not wearing anything I kind of it kind of made me think of them as like those put gloves. So there they are the Women Running.

I’ve been walking that she was too rocking the shoes now it’s pretty comfortable and everything I love it very comfortable that’s number one. I’m going jogging this evening so it should be good as I was walking and who do I get to bite shorter mornings. I was walking and all yesterday afternoon and then also this morning and I’m still up doing some handsome so yeah I love that I think he’s a great buy at a reasonable price very comfortable the foam at the bottom it I think it’s very good.
