Saucony Cohesion 8 Women Running Shoe

Saucony cohesion  8 Women’s running shoes are made up of high quality synthetic textile material. The outsole of these shoes is made up of high quality rubber that provides comfort during crossfit activities. These shoes are classic for running as they have mesh under lay with puffed logo outside.

The inner mesh linen boosts the breathability of these shoes. Another exciting and awarding feature of these shoes is XT-600 carbon outsole that provides comprehensive support while running and made shoe friendly for moving out energized CrossFit activities.

These shoes are highly shock absorbent. Saucony Cohesion 8 set of shoes have 2.5 inch shaft measures arch that ensures the outstanding running and skipping experience.

Another comfortable characteristic of these shoes is that they have plush tongue with broad throat. This plush tongue is soft. This makes shoe to be wear in with great ease. The price of these shoes lies in between 19 to 121 dollars.

The  Saucony Cohesion now in its eighth iteration it seemed quite a few changes over the years we maintain a really aggressive type of tread we maintain that four millimeter drop and it’s roughly the same type of weight coming in at a right around 10 ounces. Some of the biggest differences the upper the rock plate the whole thing we’ll get into details and we’ll talk about that a little bit more. So what we’re looking at here are effectively all of the major iterations of the Saucony Cohesion 8 here in the middle.

We have the five which is that very classic design very aggressive tread pattern started kind of the  Saucony Cohesion 9 line for mill drop. This was the model and sort of look and feel that they kept for quite a while right until we moved up into the Saucony Cohesion 6 and the  Saucony Cohesion 7. Which we have here which is a fairly drastic update you can see the mesh underneath with a lot of these sort of overlays over the top of it reducing and stitching kind of changing the overall look and feel of the upper.

But we still kept that really rugged outsole that the   Saucony Cohesion was known for still kept that four-millimeter drop added in some things like this ever run top soul into these which is a little cushier a little bouncy ER but kept that power track. This is what this stuff is called outsole so this CrossFit Shoes For Women  is always really good at that kind of low lower profile aggressive type of tread and when we move here into the 8 you can see there are quite a few differences that exist here.

Construction of Saucony Cohesion 8 Women’s Running Shoe

So let’s start off by talking about this upper so if you are familiar with kind of the Exodus or the Exodus. This upper is in my opinion really similar to that and it’s maybe a bit of a combination of the Exodus plus the previous versions of the Saucony Cohesion as we kind of look around here again. You’ll notice the lack of overlays but there are some really nice strategic ones that help keep this shoe locked down to your foot.  So you have these lines coming from the back that sort of pull on these tabs that allow this to lock down on your foot.

I feel like the ankle area of this fits really similar to what we saw in the seven with the addition of it being way more cushioned and less aggressive that was one place where previous versions of Saucony  7 were really hard on some people’s heels or it took a little bit for them to break in this one is a much while still structured. It’s a much looser much more padded heel collar than what we and before maintains a gusseted tongue. So it’s got that nice kind of sock like fit and just all the way around updates mesh easier to drain and just a more.

I think streamlined looking and in fact less constrictive type of shoe the Saucony Cohesion’s 7 didn’t really give you a lot of room to wiggle your toes because of all those overlays on the upper now one of the places. Where that was really beneficial was in these wear zones this shoe has about a hundred miles on it and you can see here. We’re starting to get somewhere already and on this side we’re starting to get somewhere already so that’s something. I’m going to have to look out for as I use this because 100 miles for a shoe to be falling apart is not ideal.

Performance of Saucony Cohesion 8 Women’s Running Shoe

I think makes Saucony Cohesion and that is this aggressive outsole it is six millimeter rubber lugs called power track you can see there are the uphill lugs the downhill lugs for braking and for descending and all that kind of good stuff. They are a little bit deeper they’re six millimeter lugs and more flexible so when you look at these there that these move around.  I feel like that’s a drastic improvement one of the things in the previous Saucony Cohesion lines that was always a little sketchy was being on slick hard surfaces. You’d slide around because they didn’t have a lot of give in those lugs.

They were hard so it was like something hard on top of something else hard and it created kind of a skating thing which was not always fun. When you encounter those types of obstacles because these are a lot more flexible they sort of diffuse out to give a little more grip they kind of smoosh. If you will which guides a little more surface area and lets them grip a lot better in closing this is a great shoe this is the type of shoe that I think I can just throw in my car keep with me all the time.

Whether I’m running some Road some really aggressive trail some groomed trail rocks you name it this is a pretty good shoe for all of those things the lack of a rock plate. It’s somewhat noticeable but man it’s been very minimal compared to what I thought it would be the biggest thing for me is durability and this seems to be an ongoing issue with lots and lots of shoes that I’ve been trying lately and that is these pinch points up front just keep getting fried even really early on with mileage.
