Best Asics Gel-Fit Sana Women’s Training Shoe Review
I’m so excited to be reviewing these Asics shoes. It’s the Asics Gel-Fit Sana Women’s and let me just give you a kind of backtrack on where I stand with tennis shoes in high school playing volleyball. I often lost feeling in my toes they would just go numb and I wasn’t sure if maybe I had a shoe that didn’t fit properly. If I needed more arch support but this continues to happen like if I spend the day at Cedar Point my legs. My arches get really inflamed and my toes will fall asleep.
I am absolutely in love I’ll dive into why I think these are great shoes okay. So these are the only grab those shoes again the Asics Gel-Fit Sana is what they’re told. I was going to say one of the reasons that I wanted to try these out was I got I’m going to try not to go in a tangent here. They’re just really kind of a name-brand now that everyone will buy and they’re like working out Nike Shoes chooses benign keys really don’t have any support.
So this is the first shoe that I actually don’t have either of these problems and I wear these all day. I’m going to basically tell you why these shoes are they’re not meant to be a running shoe. They’re not meant to be you know your leg day shoe where you’re squat a ton of weight. It’s just a really good all-day shoe so you know if I’m hitting the gym in the morning and I have an upper body session. I wear these I love they’re flexible like this.
Features of Asics Gel-Fit Sana Women’s Training Shoe
If you’re a runner some of the bigger shoes for support are Brooks and a6 now I am NOT a runner I primarily weight lift a couple of times a week. So those few days that I do cardio I really want to make sure that my shoes have support because I don’t do it very often. So it can kind of take more of a toll on my knees I have really bad knees. So I was looking for a six I have a pair of Brooks but I’ll be kind of honest I don’t like the way they looked Brooks are really great for support but they’re not that pretty.
So I wanted to get a pair of Asics Gel-Fit Sana. They’re the higher-end a six that are pretty expensive and then I found these and let me get the exact price for you. I’m like ooh that’s a pretty low price for Asics Gel-Fit. I got my Nike shoes that are wearing away now I got them at the outlet so I got them for like 40 bucks but usually brand new Best shoes like that unless they’re a style that’s no longer being made or something like that you usually really don’t find in that cheap.
I don’t mind they’re so dirty I’ve worn them a ton they’re flexible they’re mesh so you know my one post you can see my toes really poke through but they’re really lightweight they kind of feel like you have a slipper on it feels like it’s hugging your entire foot. So it would be comparable to maybe the feeling of compression socks and I love that feeling.
Performance of Asics Gel-Fit Sana Women’s Training Shoe
So they fit me perfectly another feature this is my absolute favorite feature because I’ve never had shoes that are like this but the tongue inside is all attached. I’m not sure if you can see it but the tongue doesn’t move around its all one piece. So you can lace them up to make it tighter but really I could take these laces off entirely and just wear the shoe as is because they fit me so perfectly.
So you know when I’m training I never have to stop to fix my tongue normally mine slide even though you use that little loop in the middle to try and keep your tongue in place these never do that for me. So I am really impressed with these shoes I want to get another pair I want to get the kind of mint color that fades to a navy they’re just they’re awesome for lightweight.
I feel like I could run for miles like I said your feet don’t get sweaty because it’s really thin and it has that netting on the side. So your feet are able to breathe all in all they’re just for the price of like 33 dollars and some change they’re amazing and I’m going to buy more. So I wanted to show you guys these shoes what you know that I really think they’re a great.
