Nike Metcon 4 Reviews
Today we are with Roadrunner Sports, and today we gonna talk to you about the Nike Metcon 4 a training shoe. It’s a great shoot, great for sprinting weightlifting. We use it for rope climbing any long lines need time with cross-training. It’s a great shoe for let’s get into it. We’ll start with the upper course. Nike is using the Flywire technology that they use in a lot of their shoes. It’s a great technology, really secures to your foot keeps your foot nice and wraps and comfortable, so you’re not sliding in and out of your foot feels like your shoe is actually part of your foot which is really really nice, also in this show, they have the updated upper they’re using something called a haptic print. In this upper which increases durability and stability in the shoe, you see the haptic print along the entire outside of the shoe even on the heel gives you more durability in the heel as well. All the way around the shoe and you can actually feel it when you’re actually touching the shoe which is really really cool moving on to the midsole. You’ll have a four-millimeter drop which is from your heel to your toe, so your heels a little bit higher off the ground which is ideal for your weight lifting you know any type of presses or any long those lines keep your feet nice and secured to the ground move on to the outsole again nice and secure you have a sticky rubber and the forefoot up here. It gives me great traction. I was actually using this for sled pushes, the other day and it was like gripping to the ground as I’ve never felt before it was amazing that grip that you have on the sled pushes or any other type of gym exercising you might be doing similar to that as well you also have the Tristar pattern which provides a lot more traction for any type of multi-directional movement that you might be doing and of course my favorite feature because I’m a climber. It’s what I do the most of I I do rope climbs to Train and tell you how warm up a little bit. This has that wrap that moves from the outsole to the midsole here and that wrap really protects the foot from specifically rope climbing you can actually just feel extra traction as you’re climbing up the rope, and it felt really really nice when I was in it. The other days I didn’t feel any type of a rope hitting my foot through the mesh on the upper or any long those lines that felt really really nice anyway, that is the Nike metcon 4 training shoe and you can try the shoe out just sign up for Roadrunner Sports VIP family, and you can try the shoe out for up to 90 days, and if you don’t like it for whatever reason doesn’t fit your foot right too heavy.
